Five Guys.

It's hard to find someone who can resist one of those amazing burgers at Five Guys. I know I can't if one is offered to me. (I can sure resist the price on my own power though)

This morning I woke up and started grazing Facebook while sipping on my morning coffee. I saw a link shared by Christa from WebMD...It was titled 'Pictures of Fattening Restaurant Meals' I was curious so I clicked on it. A lot of the restaurants that they showed either aren't in this area or I would probably never go to anyways...but the Five Guys burger meal kinda shocked me. Especially since this is the exact meal that I usually order.

"The Bacon Cheeseburger Meal from Five Guys. The burger alone has 30 grams of saturated fat and 920 calories — the equivalent of two Quarter Pounders from rival burger chain McDonald's. A large order of fries adds 1,460 calories.
By the Numbers: 2,380 cal – more than the
2,000–calorie daily limit for most adults."

2,360 Calories...and that's not even counting my usual 3 or so trips to the fountain machine to refill a large soda.

I think it might be a little easier to resist those juicy burgers now...

or at least I now know that if I do eat at Five Guys, I had better go on a very long bike ride afterwards AND not eat anything else for the remainder of the day.

Feel free to share this with any of your Five Guys eating friends!
